You: Run the game as administrator.

Server's administration: They should update RevEmu to the latest version and enable the RevEmu_2012 option in the rev.ini file.

The server owner has to fix it probably.

I downloaded the game today and when I try to connect, some servers gives me the message Steam Validation Rejected, how can I fix this ?

css was working fine yesterday now it got all fucked up .-.
