i am having problem Setti with DODS (it wont show any server form setti but the normal steam ons
thats it nothing elase ( i did the same step as the one for CSS and it works fine

Make sure you've deleted all other masterservers.vdf files. Then make sure you have the directory where you place masterservers.vdf correct. In different games the directory is different.
