"Steam validation rejected." = The server is Steam only, or it isn't patched properly, or it's not using the latest version of patch (RevEmu).

Or owners are son of a b... and changing Non-Steam to Steam because it easier to do Steam server than Non Steam

I think it's not CSS fault. Most servers changing their Non Steam to Steam and I don't know why. I know it upset but true

I checked it and i saw that the convar "sv_use_steam_voice" is already set to 0 on our servers. Are you having this problem on other servers? Because you shouldn't have it on ours.

You're right it's convar fault. I checked it on other server and voice chat is working properly. Anyway thanks for solving my problem.

I've got problem on Polish servers because I play only there :/

Sorry but I've got Windows Vista and it's the most fucked up system ever so it's possible that this option was disabled while microsoft create such "system"
