Just look at top left and you will see this:

 

• Server Boost
  • Masterserver Boost
• Releases
  
• CS1.6
  
• CS:S Orangebox
  
• Global Offensive for CS:S
  
• HL1 Ultimate Game Pack

Then click "CS:S Orangebox" (which is the release's topic) and you will find the download links there.
