hello, i've been tried to add my cs.16 server these days but without succes, this is the error i recive everytime i try

[Sat Jun 22 02:16:33 2019]: Timeout. Did not receive reply from server.

Choose correct gametype from the menu. Also check your firewall settings. Make sure your friends can join the server before submitting.

can someone help me, pls ?
