This IP address (213.21.17.52) is banned because of fake servers. It is irrelevant whether the fake redirect servers are currently active. This IP got banned because fake servers were found.

There were war3ft servers on that IP: http://css.setti.inf...dpost__p__24280 - Also what is War3FT? Most of the fake servers are those.

Setti doesn't list fake servers. If server admins can explain why there are fake servers on their IP address then bans can be removed.
