Hey guys I have a problem with my Printer. I can print but I cant scan and copy.

Scannerproblem: You can read at the Printerdisplay always "scanerror" and the program (SmarThru 4)is always crashing if I start it.
Copierproblem: You get always the message "The apparat is not ready". (SmarThru4)

The printer is new. I have installed the Driver which i got provided with the printer. Smarthru 4, Universal Print Driver and Smart Panel.

Product Info: Samsung SCX 4300 Multifunction Printer
Software CD: Samsung SCX-4300 Series Ver. 1. 10 (SmarThru etc.)

Thats a real plague for me. Some ideas? I cant solve this problem by myself PLEASE HELP ME SETTI TEAM
