Hello!

I got a very interesting error! I have an hl2.exe error when I trying to run CS:S! What is the problem with the game? Two days ago it worked very well. I tried to run it compatible mode and I made resetup as well! Pls help me! Thanks for everyone!

ye...me 2..but in my case,dunno if this is happening to you...first time I start it,error pops out and the game closes...again I run the game,error pops out,and within less then a second,cs opens and works normal

The error come every fkn time! I cant load Main Menu!!

triptonite has the same problem...maybe he figured something out...guess I'm lucky with the error,don't know really...I ain't much of a pc wizard..wish I could help you

Turn off your modem, start the game and then reconnect modem. That should do it. I don't know any other good solution to this problem.

Look guys! Its interesting! I turn down my interntet connection and run CS:S I got the Main Menu. Than turned on the net connection and played on Setti 3. I closed the game! Now I tried with live net connection but now the same problem appeared hl2.exe before the main menu! Can someone tell me wtf is this and how can I solve the problem?

The old patch is now causing the game to crush.it must be updated

1.Disconnect from the internet
2.run css
3.Reconnect to the internet and play
