So, wtf is with this circlejerk?
In your first admin request I was nice to you Raffy. Now I came to realize you are a little dipshit low human being. Everyone has 2 reasons to do things, the real reason and a respectful one.
You only post to become admin, all of your "help" posts are bullshit - sympathizing with someones ban isn't going to help, all your advice is wrong. You seem to crave for attention and you get it from other lowlifes, this IS a circlejerk..

(Posting too much and everywhere) I waited 2 years to get admin but yea I am a different occasion. Ask again in 3 months or so. I think the reply will be positive and you will have my "+1".

Ok you can tell breezer is a good guy..he put for me reputation on all my answers and tutorials -1.. lol r u guyz so that dont want anybody to become admin..Marioc im not trying to flood this forum, im trying to help somebody if he is asking something.. And what if i have a lot posts? it means that im interesting in helping others.. to create tutorials and that stuff, to answer when nobody else can answer.. I think u know me quite well.. and when smb is writing his opinion and just putting -1, without even know me? and f.e. milky, so that guy who is telling shit to me? is this an admin?who cant even answer good,everytime im noob(uploaded video in which i killed 6 guyz with awp, and he is telling me no skills? dude im playing css more then you, and if you can upload a video that consists of more then 7 kills in 1 round, im waiting for that... really pieced off.. if u think i would be an admin to ban smb cause i hate him..the answer is simple "no".. i had a server before, that is why im asking for that..but instead of this receiving shit from admins...Anyway whatever.. tnx for answering here..

I just want that if they answering me, they can just tell why.. f.e. marioc 1 st reason was that im flooding forum... a lot of admins is telling shit, and that thing is making me mad... Tried to ignore this drama BUT:
Even though Rafyy has double pluses then minuses ([color=#00ff00]10 voted + and only [color=#ff0000]4 voted -), as I understand nobody will let him try to be an admin now. Ignoring the stuff of this win, I have only one question: why his reputation became negative? This is kinda unfair because even with these 4 votes down his reputation should still be 10 (as it was 14). In case if flooding the forum is such a problem, how come that he had these 14 vote ups in his threads? Whatever...I can't understand but I will somehow accept the idea of not letting him be an administrator, but killing someones reputation just because he tried to protect himself is bullshit.
So whoever see that Rafyy's reputation was neutralized for no reason please vote all his posts up.
