Cheater joined at 5700 tick!

This one have to be banned immediatly,I reported him yesterday but before 30 min he joined again and he used WH again and he said that he can make server lags,after he say that there was a lot of laggs.I even cant connect to GO4CSS now because of him...

Edit: I cant connect to any of setti servers...
