Strange that so many players-members asked-said "why publ4 is closed?-we wanna publ4 back" and now, that publ4 is back the most of time is empty.

Maybe because the server isn't on server list. People don't even know that exists. Btw ,almost everytime when i open Css i see if there are players, but everytime only bots.
