FonZi i don't know you, i have never played with you, i don't have the information i need to vote. Im going to learn about you and then i will vote. And if i find out that you deserve to become admin, you will have my +1. No doubts about it. Be sure for that. For now, all i want to do with this post of mine, is to express my opinion about the way of voting on admin requests.

I have seen many occasions. I have seen people to vote -1 admin requests while the candidate could be a very good and fair admin. I have also seen the excuse that Setti has already enough admins. Here i want to mention a post of Ellanios, that i admired a lot:

[color=#282828]I like when some guys which are hardly one month enrolled as admins saying "Oh, no no, too many admins".
[color=#282828]So, a month ago there was lack of admins and now Setti is surplus?

Guys whatever we all vote on every admin request, head admins have the last word about the request. So, vote honestly and then let the head admins decide if there are enough admins already or the candidate should become admin or not.

An other occasion is that some people vote +1 admin requests, that the candidate isn't capable of becoming an admin.

In my opinion, everyone who wants to vote an admin request should make a research about the candidate. Learn about him. Learn about his skills and his knowledge about everything that has to do with admin privileges. Learn if he can detect a cheater easily. Gather all the needed information about the candidate and then vote whatever you believe the candidate deserves. I can't force anyone to do this, besides i don't have the right for that, but i strongly believe that this is the right way of voting an admin request. I recommend this for everyone about every admin request.

Kicked or banned there: 0
Total online time there: 182 hours
Kills per Death: 1.80
According all the replies from the other guys i read here, you are good with the others and fair.

So, you are very active mostly on Dust2 server and good player. You have also played on DM server but only for 7 hours. Well, as an active, friendly and good player you would be useful on Dust2 server. So you have +1 from me for that. About your abilities on detecting cheaters (which is the important thing), i can't say anything because i have never played with you to see how good you are at this. Head admins should test you for that, if they decide that there is one more place for an admin.

hmmm..dont think that would be good man..i 'm prety sure that every cheater,ta,tk etc bitch who was banned will go to this polla and start flame the admin that banned him/her ''withouth reason''..so,i find it unessecery to make a poll for this..setti has more serious problems like the death of setti main and setti go4css..maybe we should focus on these first???
