Isn't it old game?
Also, the lists at Setti are verified to be valid. This requires some knowledge of the player / server join protocol, which isn't easy to solve for a new game. HL1 and HL2 based games are easy to add because they use pretty much the same protocol, but "new" games like CoD2 could require much work.
Do you know if CoD2 is still being played in general?

CoD2 is one of the most played online games to this day ;D It is also one of the best. CoD4 is on the same engine as far as I know, if not it is really similar. Well, it must be because servers are very alike same.

As you can see, on Xfire Call of duty 2 is #3 in played games, just below CoD4. I can't believe you didn't know that it is very popular, hehe.
