As is plain to see, the move to a single Setti server has backfired and neither the regulars from custom nor those from D2 have made the transition. The "old" Setti is dead, a new one needs to be built up from scratch, and that will be much better done by people with appropriate technical skills, sufficient time to dedicate to the task, and the willingness to catter for a community who lives and breathes Dust2.
I have no technical skills, less time to put into CSS, and quite frankly no desire to be part of that "new" Setti. I thus quit, not only as an admin, but also as a CSS player, with my share of funny memories and more than my share of WTF moments from Setti. To make sure I won't follow in the steps of all those "retirees" who can't move on and keep coming back ( 
), I will uninstall the game next week, indulging in one last long week-end of CSS-related time-wasting (probably not on Setti, as the servers are unfortunately empty).
Thanks to k1ller and Ghost for having made all these nice memories possible. The atmosphere of the "old days" really set Setti apart from all the other servers I have ever been on. Good luck to those who will try and reboot Setti, and may they have fun doing it.
