I'm having trouble with understanding time zones. Can someone help me? It's UTC/GMT +1 hour (whatever that means) 16:25 in Poland.

If you check the first post you'll see a link where you can find your time zone. Just place your cursor over your counter* and and then watch on the bottom of the map.

I got my time zone from there and it says that Warsaw is utc +1.

No, it should be possible to RTV to standard ESL maps like train, tuscan...

Yes, when 10 players entered !ready or admin starts match then a kniferound starts to choose the team. Then the match (MR15) begins.

Out of the three previous meetings we had, only the 3rd was successful. And I think it was successful because warserver's default map is D2 and I'm fed up with this map (on cs:s in particular).

 

The concept of meetings is to get people acquainted with other servers.

 

If you like other maps than D2, and if you know people who like that too, let them know about the meetings. And then we'll see what we can do.

Pls add cpl_strike on warserver and make it default map.
