And another question: what does Counter-Strike(nsd)?
NSD is alternative way to patch CS1.6 servers but it is no longer used much. You only need to get server added once with any of the methods. Everything works automatically after that.
If you see your server on http://css.setti.inf...h/46.174.52.19/ this list then everything is ok

The server disappeared again. I re-added it to the list
