b00bs, could you possibly put up the individual patches v1 - v14? I checked the past links you had posted for those patches and the mediafire download didn't exist. I know that there is a 0-19 patch but it doesn't work for me.

No. All patches works same.

anyone could solve this problem?

everytime friends want to join my "create server" the get the error: connection failed after 4 retries". i set sv_lan to 0 but nothing works, also if i want to join to them. anyone an idea?!?

I installed the TPB torrent and patched it with [0.to.19] successfully, but I'm getting "Steam beta must be running" in my server list. How do I fix it?

Do you have Steam or other CS:S installed? Did you copied or changed something in files after extraction and patching? Do you run shortcut created by "place_shortcut_on_desktop.exe"?

b00bs, could you possibly make a 0 to 18 patch? I'm needing it badly. You see, after update demos wont work now after a new update again, so moviemakers are pissed about it. I will of course credit you and everything. Seriously you're a GOD if you do it.. The moviemaking community begs you lol!

I istalled games..and updates.. game is oK..


I try to use DEDICATED server

I know it:


Q.: How to start Dedicated Server(SRCDS) and play game from same PC?
A.: You can't play game and run dedicated server from same folder(revemu limitation), just copy game to another folder and run dedicated server from there!
And you must edit rev.ini for dedicated server to work properly, leave everything at default and change only "#ClientDLL=" to -> "ClientDLL=" , then you will see server in "LAN" tab.
Server configuration is in this file -> "\cstrike\cfg\server.cfg"
If you want to host server for internet -> search google for guide!


I copy game in other folder.. (or other hard disk?)..but when I click on srcds.exe nothing.

it should open gui for srcds, try console then with "srcds_console.bat".

I got it working. I first installed it over an old CS:S NoSteam installation, thinking it would simply overwrite whatever needed to be overwritten. Obviously it didn't.

It says "Software not found"? :/, and i extracted it and i can run it and everything.. Did that with every other patch too..

I can't add my server to setti and I have last patch 19 (v53)

u have to put the patch into the folder where your CS source is and then execute it

I know that, I have in it my CS:Source folder (where hl2.exe is along with everything else) and then I run it, I get this message.
