Ahh sorry, my graphic card is: Intel GMA 3100-G33/G31 Family Express Chipset

Its an intergrated graphic card that is very horrible and can hardly play ANY games.
Im pretty sure it isnt because I played the orange box right before i patched and it was perfectly fine as i said before.

You get error because of this update to OrangeBox engine:

Significantly improved engine vertex compression (large reduction in per-model memory usage)


So I guess I cant play it right?

Hey!

I've got the same problem at the installation with the "Counter Strike Source 2010.bat" ...
So i disabled all my Antivirus software and started it again. But it's still the same message like
"Cant open .... Counter Strike Source 2010.bat"

What else can i do??? I'm using the game download from setti, so i guess it can't be anything wrong with it?

Okay. Follow My Video tutorial here. It should help you. Uninstall the WHOLE ENTRIE CSS Non-steam. Make sure you don't delete the .exe file that you need to extract the files, otherwise you need to download all of the files again. So just watch the tutorial. FOLLOW ALL MY STEPS!!!

Yeah...so I got a weird problem.
When I play CSS ALL the weapons are black and untextured, 1st and 3rd person. And also the character model look slightly glitch.

I know this isnt my graphic card because I played CS 1.6, CSS-before/Non orange box, and this Orange Box before patch 23 against bots.

First what happen was I installed the Orange Box CSS and play against bots for a little and it was perfectly fine. BUT then I updated the Orange Box CSS with the patch update 23(56) that is on this site. When I started playing online, the whole game glitched. I tried turning some of the graphic and such but it still glitched and when i reinstalled it still was black.

Do you know what my problem is?


You video card may noy be up to date. Update your video card, and update your directx. Let me know if either of those two doesn't work.

I have problems with the deagle and the galil not leaving complete weapons, what can I do? Besides the lack m4 animation recharge, and many areas of weapons are displayed in black who is this? help me please if I'm not going to change to laversión: 34 :confused:

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the CSS. When re-installing it, you might want to refer to this video, a nice instrcutions on how to correctly install CSS. :)

Did you patch with the correct version to version? Like, if you had version 20, and you patched with the v22 to v23, then it can mess it up. Uninstall, and reinstall the CSS. Then download the current patch, get the v0 to v23 patch. For a helpful link on how to install the patch and the CSS, follow this video

Teamviewer is a free software where I can connect to you computer, with your permission, and install CSS. You can view it. It is ID is password protected, so only you can tell me the password for this session and I can connect. The password changes every session, so its not the same. Would you like to do teamviewer?
If yes, do you have msn or aim?

      Why bother, he doesnt have video card for games.


      I did do a teamview with him, and his video card is not the best one. He needs to upgrade to a better version. I am going to talk to him about that.

      No me funciono, I believe that a need me better card graphics, regresare version 34 :sad:
