never mind i fixed it.
when i installed the pacht, files didnt merged with previous ones but extracted in a new folder called CSSource.2010.OB.NoSteam.[Setti].Patch.v51(Cumulative)

Use console command "setname":
setname mynick

I got an error message saying "Windows cannot find 'hl2.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" Tried running the shortcut on Desktop and the Counter Strike Source 2010 Windows Batch file, same error? Any solutions? :)

b00bs can you help me please? my ping is very high in low ping servers, I did what you said here, but don't work. =( . my internet is good. I use windows 7 home basic. Thanks.

I operate normally with steamclient
Open the folder counter strike source 2010/bin

Damn something seems to have changed overnight and I haven't added the servers to favorites. Now the internet games aren't showing up. Worked last night 'till I went to bed, worked for the past few weeks. :/

PS.
Tried with the firewall disabled and it just crashes. Tried with blocking 2 port 80 connections on startup and allowing the rest; It doesn't crash, but it doesn't load the list. Only blocking:
188.66.6.127:80

178.218.213.210:80

Edit: And.... Today it's fetching the list of servers. Again, I haven't touched a single thing in my config (ffs).

i have problem its says ''cant find background image 'materials/conslole/background_01 widescreen.vtf and then shows up hl.exe has stopped working blah blah blah

open rev.ini and replace:

#HL2 servers

Hello, I and a lot of people we have a problem

We updated the CSS, already tried to reinstall!

Turns out our list of servers appears only 201 servers, and all foreign
inlusive cracked servers that are on this list: http://css.setti.info/servers/css/
does not appear, anyone know how to solve?

I'm launching the game with "-dxlevel 110", when I change the graphic settings in console can I observe this error "Unable to remove c:\program files (x86)\counter-strike source\counter strike source 2010\cstrike\textwindow_temp.html!" please help me, I can't play in ultra settings, and my favorite server kick me bc my dxlevel is 70.

My specs:
Graphic Card: GTX 560 Ti 1gigs VRam, 4 gigs Ram, i7 2700K @ 4 ghz, P67 Extreme 6

you think your internet is good! but your internet is not realy good. Ping alto ocorre se teu PC fica distante do seu provedor/servidor de acesso. Você pode pegar uma net de 500 Megas desse seu provedor, seu ping continuará alto! imagino que seja ADSL (via linha telefonica) mas pode ser qualquer tipo de internet.... Pra melhorar seu ping contrate outra internet, de outra empresa, e de preferencia que não use a mesma rede de transmissão dessa internet que você diz boa! e Lembre-se quanto mais perto for o provedor naturalmente menor será o teu ping!!! e se teu ping é fixo (por exemplo fica sempre 100ms) sem baixar mais que isso é pq é isso mesmo que eu to falando, tem que trocar a net... se teu ping as vezes fica baixo e as vezes fica alto aí é horário de pico de uso da internet, nada podes fazer a não ser jogar em outro momento

Thing is that last version of revemu is made like that - if it for some reason can't connect to its ads partners, then it doesn't show all servers in internet tab (only servers from friends tab - witch is paid service, made by revemu developer).

Nonsense, latest version CS:S doesn't support directx 11 or "110", 7 too. Btw hat message is not "error".
