i have the newest update but when i try to connect to a server it tells me that the server(all severs) has updated to a newer version

Santiago's advice helps me a bit (can now connect to just more than setti's servers from the main screen) but theres still a lot of servers I cant connect to (different errors like banned or steam validation reqd).

For those of you who are a tad confused with Santiago's advice. If you are runnin Windows 7 you have to open Notepad as administrator (Start and type notepad in search box, right click on result, run as administrator). Once launched, File, Open and browse to your CS install directory and go to the cstrike folder, change file type to all files at the bottom of the browse window and open the steam.inf file. Make the modification on the first line to .71, save it and relaunch CS. Should allow you to connect to a few more servers in the list - did for me....

Otherwise wait for patch from boobs I guess...

Is there a way to reset the achievements? All of them are already done!


Q.: [color=red]How to reset the Achievements?
A.: Delete those files:
"Counter Strike Source 2010\cstrike\gamestate.txt"
"Counter Strike Source 2010\bin\stats.bin"

Open rev.ini and search:

#HL2 servers
#
MasterServer = [color=#ff0000]208.64.200.65:27015
#MasterServer = [color=#ff0000]63.234.149.83:27011
#MasterServer = [color=#ff0000]63.234.149.90:27011

Replace this error by:

#HL2 servers
#
MasterServer = [color=#008000]46.165.194.16:27011
#MasterServer = [color=#008000]46.4.71.67:27011
#MasterServer = [color=#008000]46.165.194.14:27011

Save your change and quit.
You have finish, you can launch your game, your internet server list browser work 100% perfectly online :clap:

Note: you don't have result ? push insist touch REFRESH, normaly you see 1200 servers cracked.

Ahh... I downloaded and replaced my files with the files in the cs, the game cras patch (v51) and what happened now is Whenever I open my cs, the game crashes. I am not sure if that patch was only for certain kinds of cs source versions (orangebox?) but I have to renistall the game to get it wokring.. :( how to upgrade??? I just want to upgrade but just tell me if orange box is diffrent from normal cs or not.. cause I am extreamly confused with "Setti" or "non setti" server.! please help :(

I have a dedicated server using these files.

Players are getting kicked because of steam authentication failure. Any ideas?

non steam version players
