Ok, When ever i try to go to my favorite server keo or Overclocked, aft lik eabot 10 seconds it disconnects from the server then it says "Remove any plugins u have" something like that. How can i go to the server and play ? I even reinstalled the game still don't work.

ke0 and Overclocked are quite lame servers. They have very special rules. Nobody from pro games play there because they have so strict rules. Try joining other servers.
You can also try to talk to ke0 and Overlocked server admins, but I don't think they'll change their minds. They've hosted servers for years and they've lost their sense about hosting normal server. It would be good if they had good server, but that's unfortunately not the case.
You can post here and seek for another better server. Quite many server admins are here to offer you good place to play. Some server admins even are ready to give good players good admin position on the server. It is nice.
