whenever i want to play at some other server (besides the setti servers, by clicking "internet") the loading bar shows. For a split second, u can manage to see that the loading bar gets 2-3 boxes, and then it disapears.

That means you are connecting to old notupdated v34 server, if you look in console you would see "Invalid Steam key size." error

and for some it says "the server is not responding".

that is revemu bug with Internet tab, it's kinda random. You can copy server ip from there and paste it to console like that(without quotes) -> "connect 78.46.42.232:27015" to connect without problems, or u can add server to Favorites it works better than Internet tab.
Looks like only bir3yk is working on new revemu versions, so sooner or later he will fix it.

Just wondering... I stumbled upon another problem... I have a laptop, so "~" wont bring the console up... Do you know what i have 2 press, or how i can change it?

You can put "bind p toggleconsole" in your config.cfg. Then pressing p will toggle console on or off. Bind it to one of the function keys (F1 - F12) if you want it to work when you are not connected to a server.

bind p toggleconsole

bind F12 toggleconsole
