hi, my server 82.135.231.148:27015 {cs.ignet.lt:27015) not show in masterserver list!

Masterserver sends the same IP addresses as you see on the servers page. It's possible that your game filters away your public server for reason - maybe different gameversion? Ask your friends too if they can find your public servers in the serverbrowser.

opened up the door did everything right, when I add my ip in Setti not accept color is red?

Red color means your server is unreachable from Setti. Check your configuration again and make sure your friends can join the server. Then try submitting it to Setti.
