I was fainding guide of new server submit, but i wasnt succues.

Can any1 explain what does it mean: Counter-Strike 1.6 (emu) and Counter-Strike 1.6 (nsd)

My servers added in both those types. But i can not add server:
194.28.21.5:27017

my servers only in setti from old submit
this is not added, i add it ~36 hours ago.
