Serverslist won't show up servers

I'm using WinXP 32bit SP2 + the current DZ Release of Counter-Strike: Source and I also updated the setti masterservers. Since two days my serverlist / serverbrowser won't show up servers. http://s1.directuplo...fbc9vl7_jpg.htm (Yes, only that one server shows up.)
MasterServers are read-only, of course.
I can join and play while using the manual "connect" command, so there is no steam validation rejected or invalid steam key size error.

So it doesn't make sense that you'd only get one server. Check modem + firewall and then re-install CS:S

I reinstalled css, turned the firewall and my antivir off and tried again. Well, now the serverlist shows me 5 servers, the css.setti.info ones and the ZOMBIE HIDEOUT again (see my first post). How to check my modem / router? A full instruction would be useful.Check that your firewall isn't blocking connections. Technically the masterserver sends you loads of server IPs in a single UDP packet... then followed by next UDP packets if all servers didn't fit in the first packet. Then your game starts querying all those servers for game info.
So it doesn't make sense that you'd only get one server. Check modem + firewall and then re-install CS:S
Heres my MasterServers.vdf:
"MasterServers" (read-only)
{ "hl1" { "0" { "addr" "188.40.40.201:27010" } } "hl2" { "0" { "addr" "188.40.40.201:27011" } } }
Anything wrong with it?

As a workaround you can download Favorites list: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6. You'll see the servers in your Favorites tab then. To get updated favorites list just download the file again, it's updated every 10 minutes.
Basically all players just need to find few good servers they can play at. For example if you play CS:S and you are in Europe you only need to know this server: css.setti.info:27015
