I repost here because my last post (and my account) got lost recently...

I set up a cracked 1.6 server using the revolution emulator 2.6. The emu seems to work, in the server console it prints this during startup:
*** [R] REVOLUTiON Emulator v2.6 RC1

*** [R] Using external module steamclient_valve.so

*** [R] Accepting old revEmu clients.

*** [R] Accepting cracked Steam clients.

*** [R] Accepting legitimate Steam clients.

*** [R] Accepting unknown clients.

Loaded the external module - steamclient_valve.so

But if I try to add the server to the setti server list, nothing happens. I get the message "Setti masterserver has been updated!", but the server does not appear in the list. I tried the same emu with a css server, there it works perfectly and it gets added to the list!

So I suppose this is a problem with the master server? Doesn't it work with he "new" protocol version 48?

Thanks in advance for any help...

Try using 47/48 compatible patch.

No. There would be thread at http://cs.rin.ru/for...wforum.php?f=10 , but cs.rin.ru is down again. Check it later and search for 47/48 and there is thread. Also REV have their patches at cs.rin.ru, so the chances are you find all you need from there.

I asked the guys in cs.rin.ru forum and they told me that the problem will be at setti.

I think setti's Masterserver has problems with CS 1.6 Gameserver, because the Emu is running correctly.

Can you check this?

The server checker expects that the servers are 47/48 patched.

Great. If you write tutorial here I'll sticky it so everybody in the same situation can read it.

It works, but i saw that in setti's masterlist the server is running with protocol 47.

http://css.setti.info/servers/full/page ... Testserver

I don't know why, because i have started the server with protocol 48.

For SteamUser the server has got protocol 48.

can you look, which protocol the server has got for noSteamUser? p47 or p48?

Hello,

my Gameserver: 85.131.163.199:28015 isn't list at setti's Masterserver.

It worked a week and now it isn't listed. Can you check this, because the Patch is working?!

Did you change the server patch? It has worked before, so if you didn't do changes it should still work.

i didn't change anything.
From one day on the other, the GS isn't list @ Masterserverlist.

Should i submit the gameserver one more time?

It seems to work now. There is possibility that for some reason the server denied the connection last time that it was checked. Now that the status was verified again, the server was checked properly.

What is this fragaholics server anyway?
