Reason: TA/TK for fun. Watch piranesi and inferno demos from the time of this post to get an idea (about 10-15 TKs). This piece of shit has nothing else to do in life since he takes the slays one after the other and does not give up.

Right now the server is unplayable. This is compounded by the attitude os some regulars who refuse to TK the cheaters in their team, because, I quote, they don't care.
Right, I understand that it is boring cleaning up the server, but then they should stfu when they get their head blown by an aimbotter... which they don't. Whatever.
Admins, do your job, and if you can't, bestow some banning powers to regulars (which you have begun to do, but not to enough people apparently). One-hour bans should be more than enough to keep those cheating fucks at bay.

Some get banned some don't. The problem is that the SteamID's might not be their own but just randomly generated. Some cheaters are banned by IP range, but then if there are regular players from the same IP range the cheaters may get free.
Usually cheaters join only once, so it's useless to ban them. We've got special systems to spot if certain player or IP address has been banned multiple times. Then admins can take closer look at the case and try to ban the cheater completely.
In my opinion these cheater reports are so many times wrong and/or clearly one-time-hackers that it's not worth wasting time. There are certain players whose reports usually are accurate, and then I know I can work based solely on that information. However, I read all the cheater reports and if the name or IP range comes up in another cheater investigation I know it's been reported earlier and needs closer look.

Solved this yesterday just like I described in the previous post. There were multiple traces of him being banned earlier, but the bans didn't hold him because he had dynamic IP. Now his IP range is banned.Well then you could finally finish the problem with regular setti cheater "CS-Conflict (GER)". No need to explain setti's problem with him.
I've played with NeS, but I didn't see the WH.

I also added him on the banlist. Our in-game bans are not "documented" as much as the other bans 
There was cool system (bunch of very long shell scripts) to add some information to the in-game bans, but unfortunately I did too much other stuff in the shell console and I couldn't find the super long one-liner shell script anymore in the .bash_history

WH and antiflash/antismoke is very hard to spot because it takes time to spectate, especially if the cheater bluffs it like this NeS guy. And another thing you obviously learned it that nobody will take you seriously enough if you only post a demo. Posting the link to a ready made AVI file did the trick. It was the same story in the past. I don't blame anybody, it's just the way it is. I admit I would not watch the demo cause CSS loads too long and downloading demo takes too long etc etc. Watching this AVI file was much easier. And I am the one who does usually take time for these things (at least I did). Other admins are 3 times more lazy than me. 
So if you have the time and the will, then make the AVI video as it is the best way to show a cheater.
