This time I made a video of a player who is verly likely using antiflash.
Because this is a recording of a DEMO and not of a live game, the flash doesn't blind you (the viewer) as it does the player. But you tell me if that was not an in-the-face flash which should be able to blind anyone! This guy was totally unaffected.

The actual demo is here (from tick 90000 onwards): http://css.setti.info/videos/auto-20100 ... ranesi.dem

This guy is from the same IP range as two other regular players. Keep banning him when you see him in-game. Eventually they give up.
Edit: Technically it is possible to ban any player from any IP range while allowing others to join but it's not always worth the effort.

Since i can not ban him permanently i'm posting here proof that "JP" from Poland cheats. First evidence is at tick 22000(round start).
Pure wh or radar. No questions asked.
Since my proof was recorded friday and i didn't have time to check it until now, so i've uploaded the demo to rapidshare
