There are 2 things that you'll have to ask yourself before buying a new PC.
What you want to do with it and most important, how much money your pocket have.

So you think it would be better if i´ll buy the things and let it put together by anyone or by myself?

EDIT:
Lets say i want to have windows not from tpb or so, would the price be okay for this computer and would it be enough powerful to play fps games on a quite high resolution and to work with it quite comfortable?

For 599 with OS installed, it seems to be pretty good value (I just spent quite some time looking at components/configs myself  ).

As usual Botov's comment is off target. No comment...

If your budget is indeed around 600 Euros, this looks decent without being exceptional. CSS will most likely run like a charm, but forget more recent FPS (crysis anyone?) at high resolution.

Here is another config that you may look into or take as a reference point (proposed by the shop that will assemble my own baby at a price of 730 euros):

Tower Cooler Master RC-690 II Advanced 88,90 to 92,99 €
Power supply Antec Neo ECO 520C 64,95 to 64,95 €
Motherboard ASUS M4A79XTD EVO 89,99 to 99,39 €
Proc. AMD Athlon II X4 640 87,30 to 89,90 €
RAM Kingston 2x2 Go DDR3-1066 CL7 55,29 to 60,75 €
GFX Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1 Go 113,91 to 124,89 €
HD Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 To 56,29 to 57,95 €
DVD Samsung SH-S223C black 15,34 to 16,90 €
OS Windows 7

shaines, I run css from a dual core 2.5, 2000 ddr2 and a nvidia 1000 ddr2. I have 100-250 fps and game runs smooth. I can also play cod BO decently and any other game for that matter. I do use a good css cfg also. So with that conf you should be able to play with no probmel whatever game you want.
Think before you speak before you drive me mad.

I think that both sets are reasonable but as Buckis said you need to know what will you use it for.

P.S.
I think it is about time k1ller decides to ban porov from the forum.

porov really needs forum-ban...every threat gets fucked up by him and his crazy members -.-

another question...you want and finished pc? there is no possiblity to choose hardware and let them put together? for that money the is okay in my opinion, but if you would put the hardware by yourself together you might got better configuration

maybe we also can talk via PM in german about this^^

P.S.

I want to build the Pc for myself (I let it build from a store).
Just to have more options and can decide the price and everything else.

This looks good but i don't know about AMDs cause i've never had one.
Maybe a better PSU, over 600w.
You can save some money from windows by Downloading them, they work very good and they update almost daily.
I think with this you'll be able to play all new released games in 2011.
