You can add them by yourself. Use the "submit servers" link.
add server by submit server is off, i traing 1 week but not hapening
my server ar not on setti list, and this is not HOME server
we have roott server by Hetzner

It works OK. Go to http://css.setti.inf...submit_servers/ and submit your server. Make sure the server is online and playable when you submit it.
