how would i do it if i had portable CS1.6 Decayed Lite... I copied the master server to the folder, after unpacking it... but It doesn't seem to do anything. any hints/walkthroughd?

What is portable CS1.6? I've heard about it earlier but how does it differ from normal CS1.6? Masterserver installation however is the same for all HL and HL2 mods (incl. CS1.6). Go to TPB or Mininova and download different release.
