why I was banned (unban reauqst)

maybe i was not banned, but i cant see all setti servers :( so i dont know who ban me because i was not online whet it's happened

1) today, but I was not online (maybe 15:00-17:00 +3gmt)
2) I was not online
3) I was not online
4) STEAM_0:0:38966480
5) 46.118.208.9
6) Ace
7) I was not online

WTF?

in SEARCH window i dont see setti servers, but if i "connect" to the IP i can connect. dunno why and thats not a problem ) make favorites ))) mate
