It's your fault. Masterserver is working fine. Check that your firewall isn't blocking connections to Setti.
TF2 serverlist: http://css.setti.info/servers/tf2/ - You can write down few server IPs and connect to these servers by writing "connect" in your console.

I have the same problem and it's started from today. Yesterday all was fine.
Tried to turn off firewall but always have the same result: no servers.
Also I can see Call of Duty and CS servers but not Left 4 Dead and Team Fortress 1-2...

There are TF2 servers but all servers are initially labeled "HL2". For example search for "tf2" in server name and you'll find lots of TF2 servers. When servers are queried you'll get to see the proper game type label.
