We have talked with pantic and it was definitely his Brother. He is a good regular for years and I dont believe he would start cheating after so many years at Setti. We havent noticed any bad things before, so thats why I trust him and some other Headadmins too.

Some of your ticks are no proof at all, while some should be viewed earlier, so it could be understandable what he does. Anyway, it is wallhack, here are some better ticks:
Tick 22000, 31500, most important and 100% proof: 40000, 44000, 53000, 58000, (69k, 82k, 108k, 117k), 126500 (hesitates throwing nade because enemy is back at window).
