I had a great run on nightfever, of course without cheating. A guy began to team attack me all the time. He wrote I'd be cheatint and so on. Just some time later Perplexer banned me without writing anything. Here is the demo if you like to see:

Yes, i stopped playing CS:S for a while, but when i got a new pc, i started again, and directly i get banned...
