Playerfilter plugin ("Register at css.setti.info" kick reason) is active again. Players who know what this should send PM to admins or post to this thread. This only concerns players who are on banned IP ranges so rest of you don't need to concern yourselves over this.

Hm, most of players what dont have latest version of cs source dont see kick reasons, they just see "connection problem" at right-top, so will be better to print "Register at css.setti.info" in chat, in console and after 0.1 second kick them.

Are you sure about the connection problem? I think they always see that they are kicked but not necessarily the whole kick reason. Not all players have console enabled either so even if they see the kick reason they see only "Register at css.se..." - originally the message just said "Register css.setti.info" so it fits in the kick reason box. Another thing is just technical ease because when player joins a server it takes about 10 - 30 seconds before he actually gets to join a team. So it'd be more difficult to do that sort of logic to let player join team first and only then kick him.
Usually when IP range bans are needed admins check first how many players are from that range and then if there are regular players they can be added to this exception list. Players who have never played at Setti before and are in the banned range can choose another server just as well.
