I was not really lagging, 99 stable ping. I lag alot more playing on setti 3 and I never was banned. When I killed him I was not even running, I was standing behind a barrel so how can he say I was lagging? It is just stupid and it annoys me being banned when I try to have fun playing css.

Not only ping matter, you can lag if you play with bad internet like through mobile phone and only few packets gets to a server, or you can lag if you have 10 fps ect...

it is all sorted out now. I was unbanned then I got banned again this morning then unbanned again Everything fine now. You can close thread ;D

lol you were lagging like hell, you were teleporting. your ping wasnt 99, it was higher. and to your barrel story, yes you were standing behind an barrel but: you bent down and up, you bent down and up, so you wasnt just "standing behind" an barrel. you were lagging there too. I told you before to fix your ping.


you came later again to the server and i was still online and I havent ban you because your ping was around 88-91 so you werent lagging. my hint for you: fix your pings is an big disadvantage for the other players on server.

"Fixing ping" costs some money usually... And admins shouldnt ban because of ping. Server does. (Im not talking about fake ping)

so dont cry here at forum. You have fixed your ping 2 hours later and it was ok, so you could fix it in that moment too but you havent. in the demo you start to play with 128 ping at dust2

I didn't fix my ping, it fixed itself. I was not downloading or anything. It is just bad sometimes itself, not everyone can have good internet. Theres nothing I can do about it, I know it is not the best but I still don't think it is a big issue. It is really hard to play with high ping as well so it still even things out. Just because I kill you doesn't mean I have an advantage and you a disadvantage.

I have changed internet providers 4 times trying to get better internet but it is always the same, they say it is just my area, and there is nothing that can be done. The phone line is not good quality so they need interleaving on to keep it some way stable.

Be happy that you have a good internet. This is the way my internet is always during the day and sometimes at night. Try playing games like this, see how fun it is... not very. 90ping is the lowest I get and only in early morning hours

yes my ping does go crazy, read my post above but I cannot help it and trust me, high ping is not an advantage. If it was everybody would download when playing to make their ping high. If a high pinger had score of 0-20 you would not ban them

I have all programes closed while playing and noone else in house is using internet. It is just bad. Want me to move house so I can have lower ping?

With a 2 hour ban ? And the auto kick does work, I get kicked alot. Maybe I am just not welcome on setti Reason I was not kicked when he banned me was my ping was not really high, it was around 120 or lower which is allowed on the server. I do not know why I was lagging to him then.

I do not think high ping is that much of issue to play against. The way CSS netcode works, there should be no disadvantage to lower ping players but of course it can be annoying if you see someone lagging, does not mean though that he can shoot you first or something. He is the one with the higher delay.
