Admins, hear this, hear this ....
A player nicknamed "Rayraylee" from Sweden plays on Setti daily for the last month, or so I noticed. The problem is that this idiot constantly causes problems for weeks now. He basically only fucks around and causes trouble. He CONSTANTLY shoots at teammates. He runs around with a pack of teammates and then shoots at them intentionally. It is important to understand he does this EVERY day, it's not just a today thing. I never post these things for a one-time occurrence. Like today in cs_italy, some T guys rushed CT spawn and a few of us stayed in base and covered the tunnel and stairs. "Rayraylee" was in the hostage house and was shooting at us intentionally.
Over the past few days I have asked numerous people like Zeicko, Toble, BUG to ban him. But what he does is, he says "He shot at me first." and "I'm very sorry for everything." and then disconnects to avoid the ban. He returns moments later and the next day and the next day and continues with his TA-ing.
I know others know about this so I'm sure there will be some replies to this post confirming it.

Yap, I confirm that too. The one big problem is also that he 'spams' with his mic 
I would like to report another guy, Komisarkomrd. He keeps banging his mouth to me and he cheats. Dont have his ip but I banned him today on cs_italy about 11:30am. Perp confirms that (Or I will stab you)
