Can't Upgrade my CSS

I just downloaded the "new" 30.to.31 patch from the homepage, but when I try to install it it says "Software not found".#
I surely put the patch inn the right directory(where hl2.exe is)
What to do now?
I've already succesfully patched from 29 to 30 an so on when they were released and everything worked fine, but this patch doesn't work.
I already downloaded it again but same problem...
