don't know why i was banned..

never mind, i got infected from a friend so i had to re-install windows.. and i re-installed css..

is this some kind of joke?
i am banned again.
may i have a simple reason for that?
i re-installed the game so the id changed,
also changed my name to GeorgeW32 (Greece)

what is going on?
