Hi Guys,

Im [AWESOME] MaxTex and Im playing just 4 fun since a half year on the setti custom-server!
Many guys know me there... im not PRO... but i get better. I NEVER FUCKING CHEAT!!
Every thing was OK till today:

First i played a bit and get banned... WHATTT???

Just killed two people and waited for the 3th because I heared his steps... -> BANNED!!!
Im not fucking-cheating and I´m well known on the custom server. And my stats arent PRO!
I don´t think that I am an "veteran" but "Marcu" sucks 4 me as admin!"

I just gave 3 guys a HEADSHOT with deagle...
I was AWESOME!!!
I am training these days much on setti dm-server and aim maps to get good at deagle.

I never installed a aimbot or something else. So why i get banned?
I just have good headset to hear the enemys!!

I was just nervous (= human) in this situation so I "warp" (dont know a better word) a bit around!

I only show you the two demos of my playing that CAUSED a non reasoned ban.
I cant show you a demo with enabled cheats because I never cheat!!

I looked it now again and again.
Yes it looks strange, but I "made the parkinson" with the mous.
With 4000dpi and a bit shiver ist can easy look this way!

I reopened this topic because I did watch the demo Xarc posted in the other thread from the start and in the context of his whole gameplay I don't think that kill was made by an aimbot. It didn't look 100% aimbottish to me and it would just be out of place. I had similar twitches myself. I won't touch the bans since I didn't set them but maybe you guys should watch that whole thing again (unless there's some other demo that shows more that this one).

 I really like the custom server. The players are friendly and it is always fun to play.
I dont cheat! I hate cheaters! What i like is the challenge and to improve myselfe. 
So please unban me...

From my view these twitches are not very precise.
I just shake a bit around. I didnt even kill the guy! Because I shooted at the ground.
For me ist looks only like a bad player xD
The scene before you see me shaking also a bit around because the teammate with the awp spooked me.
Thats my gameplay... I am a bit shaky with my hand but this is human!
Often Im am warping too much around so I hit nothing in front of me and I die.
If this would be a cheat my stats should be pro!! And they are not...

I have always little twitches... they are not wanted but they are there.
Many times i fail because of them and I hit nothing.
It is normal that a few twitches from my whole gameplay look strange too you.
But I dont cheat. If you would know my gameplay you would see this like me.

Many players on custome like birdshooter, miauuu, azrii (didnt see him the last time), haka and others
know me and would all say that I am not a cheater.

I hope that I can convince you...

That tuscan demo doesn't look strange, on strike demo it at least looked like cross snaps on enemy, and to twitch like that you must intentionaly shake your mouse realy hard like idiot, and it is hard to say from two kills that it is 100% aimbot.
Xarc could wait for few kills more before banning him , because I looked some his other demos and he didn't twitched like that, so if that is only evidence then unban him.

I will try reduce my twitches. They dont help most of the time because I dont hit the enemy.
I only want to have fun on this server and not to have problems with the admins xD

Watched the other demo as well and I still say this is no cheat. "Twitching" is caused by nospread and that works on every bullet fired. The twitch in the demo was only on the last bullet or the one before last. I've seen my share of norecoil and nospread hacks and this just isn't it.

Maybe there is some half working cheats like that cheater Bonelly had:

See I made only two examples from two different demos, because in all other places it twitched in realy weird pattern not like usual norecoil or nospread.
