Maybe we/they believe what you say but you need to make a link to a demo because they need to know when and where this was happened ... logs are huge for all setti servers I guess.
All demo links [color="#FF0000"]are here for each server ... when you make a link to a demo, the fresh/last one recorded from server is at the bottom of the list not on top.
Links can be made with a button (chain picture) from the editor's tool-bar. Select the text which must be linked... push the link button insert the demo link.
Post [color="#FF0000"]here where everybody should post ... even if you are drunk.

KeepWalking I have included your 2 other Ban Requests in this Thread. You dont need to open for every single ban a Thread 
Look at the Link what Xarc have posted.
For ban requests posts this information:
1) Player name
2) Reason why he should be banned
3) Link to a demo (http://css.setti.info/setti/demos/)
4) Approximate time when cheat can be seen
5) Player's SteamID ("status" command in console when connected to server)
