I would like to submit a CS:S server to the list, but it is not cracked.
So is the list just for cracked servers, or are normal (steam-only) servers allowed, too?
Could a moderator or admin answer please, so i can be sure the answer is right.

Setti`s scanners could not check steam servers. Also in Setti there are very less Steam users, than Non-steam. Patch your server. It is the best way.So is the list just for cracked servers, or are normal (steam-only) servers allowed, too?

Sure.If i patch my server, is it still usable for steam-users, too?

Abolutely no problem, i should be sorry for not asking all this in one post^^
One last question:
Do you know if the ESL cares about this, so could i use my patched server as ESL-Server?
In the rules they say nothing but i think this disables VAC, because when a user dont have a steamid he cant get banned for cheating and he cant be checked if he has cheated so he could not be identified, right?
Or is VAC and everything still on for people having a steamid and just off for people with no steamid?
