I'm trying to join servers, but it keeps getting stuck at "Retrieving server information" or something, and then crashes after saying hl2.exe has encountered an error. I'm running Windows XP, and am using the Setti Release of CSS with the latest patch. Any help?

extract css again. But before do that close your antivirus. Also run the game as administrator.
