You have to tell recipies if it turns out good :)

The potato is easy to do, everyone can.

Salads:

1. The carrot should be grated into the narrow sticks. Then put it into a microwave oven for some 5-7 mins, at 700-800 kWt. Then right after this, when carrot is hot, following mixture should be added: grated fresh garlic, black, white, red milled pepper, milled nutmeg, a bit of soy-bean sauce, hot vegetable oil (hot oil means: have to heat it until it will show a sign of the light smoke). Then cover the pot tightly. It is ready when it becomes cold.

2. White Asparagus. Dry white asparagus (100 g) is boiled (20 mins) or if you have a time put it in a pot with hot water and leave it for 3 hours in this water. After that have to drain the water. Then cut the asparagus into the strips, 5-6 cm and salt. Add vinegar ( 1 Spoon), grated fresh garlic, red milled pepper. Then heat vegetable oil, about of a cup. Pour hot oil into the pot with asparagus and spices. Mix everything and leave it for 1 hour.

3. Laminaria. Boil dry laminaria until it becomes soft. Then it should be rinsed well with a cold water. Cut it into the sticks. Rinse it with vinegar, then with water again. Add fried onion, soy-bean sauce, black milled pepper, sugar, salt, vinegar. (This salad is very specific, many people dont like, thought it looks good).

4. Fish salad. Filet of a fish is cut into small pieces and poured by 80% vinegar essence. Add a bit sugar, salt, mix everything and leave it in the essence for 5-6 hours (fish should be fresh!). After that add sliced onion and hot vegetable oil (hot oil means have to heat it until it will show a sign of the light smoke). Then have to grate a carrot into the sticks, salt the carrot, drain carrots juice then mix it with the fish. Add to it chilly milled red pepper, milled fresh garlic, soy-bean sauce and corianders milled seeds. Have to mix everything and leave it for some certain time while the fish will get sense of spices.

You may store the salads in a refrigerator max 2 days, especially fish salad.
