Hi,
the setti pub2 server (custom maps) ist getting from day to day slower. The map changes take much longer now and the worst ist the laag. Its now like an advantage to have a ping round about "100" because u laag and not getting hit so much... not funny if u have a good ping!
->Please check the server, reboot, i dont know...

Damn they ruined the game with this new update .. I wonder when they will fix that , cause now its totally unplayable, expesially when somebody is teleporting in front of you

It can't be just the update, not all servers with the update lag....
Either the cracked patch is faulty or k1ller and ghost don't care to check if there is a glitch somewhere else...

Maybe the machines that support the servers/the master server/ can't handle that much traffic ? Who knows...

The game server is physically separate machine from the masterserver and webserver. It's not likely to cause the problems.
It is often difficult and time consuming to figure out why the server lags. Then usually the final option is to reinstall the whole server. And then gradually install plugins to see whether the lags reappear or not. Quite often it also takes a few hours for the problems to appear (eg. server starts crashing every 2-4 hours) so it can take days to run the servers with different plugins or different settings just to test whether it works or not.
Does pub2 lag more, less or equally compared to the main server?

There was one script using more processing power than it should. It had been going for this month. This may have resolved the problem. The script wasn't using extremely much CPU power, but it may have caused the lag anyway. Let's see if it helps.
Otherwise the server configuration has been the same for very long time. Minecraft server shouldn't cause any trouble either.
