Phoenix thing sometimes, becouse now you deny yourself.
If Ghosting on DM do not make any sense, why have you baned as permanently?
More, to we not hide ourselves, make the same nick's and play togheter in one position, covered each other. We do not see diffrence between for example i talk to our friend i real, "he is on the left. go first, i cover your back" and say this by a microphone. But, when one is dead, and helping the live comerate, he aslo can do this by a microphone, skupe, steam, facebook, or a phone call.
But we playing for fun. If we want ghosting, we will just use wallhack. It is more easy, and more difficoult to detecting. (of coure if you know how use it)

@ Phoenix, microphone in-game was invented by Valve, everyone can speak and hear dead or alive, Russians always talk about enemy's position FYI. So Valve put mic in game, it is ghosting under your definition. Microphone is a part of the game, which amuse players. Skype, steam or even alive talk are not a reason for ban, especially permban.

Why only russians?
Ghosting on deathmatch servers is pretty senseless because you are alive again in 1 second. However if they are ghosting for sure via skype teamspeak or something else in a normal server, it sure is a reason for permban. Also it is very hard to detect and can be mistaken with wallhack or radarhack.
Ghosting via ingame mic is allowed. If you knew there is a camper who killed you, wouldnt you go back there and pwn his freaking ass off that camperspot?

And if you accuse PHOENIX for wrong bans post the demo please

CC you are not correct, if dead you can not talk to the living, even with mic.
Ghosting IS reason for permban, as it is an unfair advantage, same as RH or WH, in fact its "better" than RH.
skype,ventrilo,mumble,teamspeak,etc -> permban
at matches when spectate only team is enable, instead of spectate all, there is no such issue

talking alive obviously is no problem

Never heard of ghosting. I thought ghosting was a word for that shotgun spree that Ghost invented. Anyway, there are lots of occasions when people come and play from the same IP. But that doesn't necessarily mean they are cheating (using Skype, etc.). I wouldn't ban anyone for that, unless they openly admitted that they use Skype. If it really bothers me I ususllay move them to opposite teams so they are forced to play against eachother. There are probably more Skype cheaters on different IPs than the ones on the same IPs.
