Yes, because there are so many bots there. I ask too, but no one answer. Luckily i found da pan!c and he told me the same.I was thinking that is my Internet connection problem (high ping-lags)I noticed it too in the evening, it was very laggy for me but I thought it was just my pc - once again - since no one was complaining

Ive experienced lag like this before. The problem was packetloss - packets being dropped somewhere in the network installation and then causing the lagness. in the problem i had it turned out to be on layer3 - a router turned bad so it had to be switched.. who knows .. it sure looks like packetloss because of the normal latency... :S

depends on how to read "some times" - it doesnt have a pattern so its hard to say how often. but I would say its constantly ...and has been going on well for months now ? - i remember when i got back from summer holidays setti did somekind of server update or something with a newest patch i dont know .. and ever since then - lagness occurs.

quote from wiki "packet loss - When caused by network problems, lost or dropped packets can result in highly noticeable performance issues or jitter with streaming technologies, voice over IP, online gaming and videoconferencing, and will affect all other network applications to a degree"
Try to go on google and search for " packet loss test" ... there are some simple tests you (server administrators) can try out to see if there is something wrong. If you want ofc.
