I am having a problem. I can't register my server to Setti. It says Restricted IP address, Contact Setti administration.The server is cs16ro.zapto.org:27015 . Why is my ip restricted? This is my first server that i tried to put it on Setti masterservers

By the way, after adding the server do I need to add another line in server.cfg? Like setmaster add ip ? If so, what is the IP?
And by the way, whis does my server appear offline? http://css.setti.inf...2.251.70:27015/
