[color=#333333]I played on the NO AWP server as each day with my friends. Nothing special, some headshots, deaths, just playing for fun. But when I was dead this teenage admin wrote me :

[color=#333333]So my question is how can this kid be an admin? 1.4 doesnt exist? Cheating? Where is demo? WTF?I played professionally 1.6 in CZE for teams like Extatus, TEAM FPS etc .. and source is for me just fun with my friends.

When you ban someone don't make any remarks before or after banning, just ban. For example don't say "you are about to get banned u cheater" or "[color=#333333]i caught you cheating" or "got rid of that cheater". Just ban when you think that someone needs to be banned.
If other players wonder "who banned,why banned" don't say anything.
After that go to the forum (Ban Request section) with a demo of course
Full Admins will decide about the permanent ban.
If you made a mistake you will be notified that you made a mistake and that you're careful next time.
And don`t ban regular players.
This is not a criticism. This is just good advice. Take this advice.

sure thing .. but you didnt even denie that u cheated. your words "i dont care" ... my eyes think they saw u wh/ or norecoil... if im wrong then its my mistake and i say sorry. no need to chimp out like that.. and by the way im not 15 yr old, please there is no need to be such a douche.

Check out the episode from tick 20000 and tell me what you all see. - OK - maybe not wallhack BUT look at the demo and see what thunderHITMAKER has!
In the demo MY eyes see a person using cheats, (not sure if not wh then definitely NoRecoil) - so when i look at the demo there - tick 20000 - I am not sorry for banning you. BUt IF im wrong again then sorry.

I don't agree. Ban anyone that cheats, doesn't matter if he is a regular that started cheating or a noob that cheats. Of course you have to be 100% sure, if you shouldn't dare, post ban request anyway.

I believe that this post need to be locked. Hase next time be sure before set a ban, you can check his steamID in google about cheats history(at the same time). Also don't ask the person these type of questions. It's annoying. Just set a ban or let him play, and remember:
